Employer E-Sewa

From the April month of 2012 the electronic Challan receipt online / Return (ECR) has been executed. It is the request to all the employers to get registered their establishment through this portal and to create their UID and passwords. The Electronic returns can be uploaded by the registered employers and that uploaded return in turn will be displayed as the PDF file that is digitally signed copy. One can also take the printout of it. After the approval of the challan online by the employer it will be popped up as per the return uploaded. The employer has the choice regarding the payment of it either by way of SBI Internet banking or can deposit on any of the SBI branch by taking the print out of that challan.

Benefits:

  • There is not need of paper returns and its submission to EPFO.
  • There is no requirement of other kind of returns like Form 10/5/3A, 12A or 6A.
  • After the confirmation of the payment the employers will be informed by way of SMS immediately.
  • The amount of contribution gets credited to the account of the member month wise.
  • The annual slip of account can be viewed online by the employers for the period of 2011-2012.
  • By the help of this portal the employer can also make request for the annual slips of previous years.
